RECORDING by Death Tape Super Bass is rougher, dirtier, and much more abrasive than previous releases. Sharp 1980's style FM synths played as percussion over sludge-ridden analog synths carve holes in time and space, inserting dread and worry into the bodies and architecture of a cursed reality. Crude analog delays take bites and slices of church organ timbres and allow them to repeat and degrade into olde thyme industrial abstraction. Sounds are given room to drift, drone, and repeat to barely scratch the general public's itch for barely familiar sounds. Broken time. Ancient tone. Foreboding rhythm.

Room recordings of cheap-made-for-consumer keyboards, microphone-propped-out-the window field recordings, modular synthesizer, physical modeling synths, computer processing, sequenced bass thumps interrupted by button mashing keyboards, and guitar pedal feedback-loops all battle to the death for RECORDING by Death Tape Super Bass.
